Your Herd Share Application Has Been Received

Submitting this form begins the membership process. It does not activate your herd share.

Your membership will move forward once your agreement is signed and your Square invoice is paid.

You will receive your herd share agreement through SignWell for an electronic signature.

Please review and sign promptly.

After your agreement is signed, you will receive a separate email with your Square invoice.

Your invoice will include:

• The required non-refundable bill of sale
• Your prorated herd share based on your assigned start date
• A 6% administrative fee

To complete this step, you must:

• Open the invoice link on a desktop or laptop computer
• Select the option to save your card on file
• Confirm the card is active and not expired

The option to save your card does not appear on mobile devices. This step must be completed on a desktop or laptop.

If your card is not properly saved, the invoice will be voided and a new invoice will need to be issued. This will delay your start date.

Your membership is complete once both the agreement is signed and the Square invoice is paid.

Both steps must be completed within 48 hours of receiving them. Incomplete applications will expire and must be resubmitted.

Once your payment processes and your card is successfully stored, you will receive:

• Your Welcome and First Milk email confirming your exact start date
• A separate email with your specific drop location instructions
